Easiest formation to play against?

Just wanted to know by looking at the default AI tactics which one is the easiest to counter/exploit and why?

If your team is really strong at 4-4-2, for e.g. then 4-4-2 will become easy to play against. If your team is really strong at 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 then those become easier to play against.

Thats about as close to an answer as there is to this question.

The 0-0-10 is the easiest to play against, in my experience.

It always depends on various things like what team you're managing, who you're players are and you're own playing system, formation, tactics, ect. But generally I prefer to play against an opposition who plays a basic 4-4-2. That way I can anticipate most of what their players are going to be doing, so I can structure my team accordingly. It also mean the opposition won't have 10 men behind the ball, and they are usually easier to break down than teams that set-up with only one upfront.

In my experience, the 4-2-3-1 tactics because when they attack these formations become a 2-0-8 tactic. I love it when my four forwards get to run at their goal unchecked.

I quite like playing against diamond 4-4-2's with wingers, a DM and an AM. While I usually use a 4-2-3-1, for those matches I always switch to a 4-5-1/4-3-3 which ruthlessly exploits the huge gap left in the middle and stops their attacking midfielder from getting into the game. I think my record against that formation is 100% wins.

I find 4-5-1 really tough to play against (The one where there is a flat line of 5). It looks so bland, so boring, and it's so ****ing tough to break down.

I find really attacking formations the easiest to play against - assuming my defence can do its job! But thats because I tend to play fairly defensively and hit teams on the break. It is a subjective question really!
