Johan Mjallby is doing a great job as my Ass Man so I tried to offer him a new contract. He wanted £50,000/week and the most the board will allow is £35,000. He rejected the contract, and now he's at the top of my "Worst opinion" list... And now he refuses to even enter negotiations. WTF? Advice? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've had him as my assistant at a couple of clubs including Celtic and he's one of the best in the game I think. If you cant get him a lot of people rate Terry McDermott highly.
