Click on "Julian Nicholls" in the favoured personnel list and it will take you to a different player. If you can't click on him its a retired player/manager. Did he score a big game winning goal against a rival or in a cup? I've just had a decent on-loan DC pop into my favored personnel list having played about 7 games.
