VeniVidiVicious
Just a general question on how players are valued in-game. I've got a striker with next to no stats below 15, who is valued at £1.9m, and a centre back with just heading at 15 and marking at 13 valued at £1.1m. There's not a chance my striker is only 800k better, so why is he valued so low?
Vangelis21
usually has to do with how much they cost to the last team that bought them
FrazT
Home and world reputation also count
Thedore
I do think this is an area of the game that needs developed. Just because a player was bought for a value doesnt make him worth that amount.
Cavenagh
I do think this is an area of the game that needs developed. Just because a player was bought for a value doesnt make him worth that amount. The value will change though. After a while, it'll change from what was paid for the player to a value determined by all the normal factors. The player value won't remain at the price paid. Vangelis21
it is just a recommended amount. nothing more
Kirkham88
I got Gourcuff for a free in my second season in the premier league(5th season overall) with Notts County and his value was £24m. I did win the league the season before, so FrazT said the players home reputation, world reputation and your teams reputation all take a part in calculating the price. DivineOne
Just because a player was bought for a value doesnt make him worth that amount. Off course it is. A product is worth what the buyer wants to give for it.
Nobby_McDonald
It also depends on when his contract expires.
