Thanks for that, even though its not a big feature it sounds like it could be interesting. Straight from the 10.3 sticky:- Added a 'Monitoring' section to the players profile to help distinguish what clubs are seriously interested in a player or just have a passing interest. I would have though it has the possibility to make them nervous, particularly if one of the teams monitoring them are much bigger than their current club because the player might be under too much pressure to play well. Since i've noticed this he's played two games, in one he got a rating of 5.9 and was pretty poor but the other he scored a goal and did fairly well.
