thebigman1985
United is awesome. $122 m budget which i later increased to $162. ALl thanks to the ronaldo money its a bit mad really because fergason obviously diddnt have more money to spend or he wouldve bought a decent right back and possibly a good goalkeeper united are in alot of debt and this is not reflected in the game imo

perpatov
I only got £60mil with UNITED. $ = dollars £ = pounds its a bit mad really because fergason obviously diddnt have more money to spend or he wouldve bought a decent right back and possibly a good goalkeeper "Fergason" said time and time again that he had the entirety of the Ronaldo fee, plus his usual budget. A spokesperson for the Glazers confirmed this. That was one of the conditions of Ferguson accepting the bid. He also said that thanks to Man City and Real Madrid's silly spending, the market was enormously inflated and there was no point in buying players at three or four times their usual price. When the transfer market contracts in January or next summer, Ferguson will be laughing. He will have the same money to spend on players who will be cheaper. He can bring in better quality players for less money. Ferguson also stated that he had a lot of faith in Ben Foster and Tomasz Kuszczak to take over from van der Sar when the time comes. He reiterated that again recently. Finally at right-back he has Gary Neville, Wes Brown, John O'Shea and Rafael. Wes Brown had a great season the year before last, although he is injury-prone, O'Shea is dependable, Neville will play more this year and Rafael has the potential to be an outstanding player. I don't altogether understand how you can infer things about Ferguson's transfer budget or Manchester United's debt situation by the fact that they didn't bring in new players to two demonstrably oversubscribed areas of the team. They have three goalkeepers who were all premier league starters at their previous clubs and four right-backs. united are in alot of debt and this is not reflected in the game imo Not very often you read something as stupid as this. How is it not reflected in the game? They have the most debt of any EPL club: Bank Loan of £519m (£3.72m per month until 21.12.2035) Bank Loan of £175m (£1.8m per month until 16.8.2017) Total debt of £689m. That seems like a pretty fair reflection of the fact that they are ~£650m in debt.
