timmy
Anybody nocticed Rory Delap long throw special so far? How do you set a player to do a long throw?
Lung
I'm guessing changing the team throw-in setting to long and having Delap as your throw-in taker. I noticed they included something like a bullet throw-in as a PPM.
timmy
Have not seen any bullet throw in yet. BTW do you know how to set the coaches to train the youth team?
PAdlard
Playing as Arsenal against Stoke I think. Some bloke launched the throw straight into the cross-bar where it fell into play near the post, tapped in by an aware teammate whilst my goalie and defenders seemed to be searching for it. Looked pretty funny, was up 3-0 with minutes to play so I wasn't too fussed. I waiting to see one of these take a player out!

Neji
Delap's throw is stupidly good. I'm Arsenal, playing against Stoke he threw it an incredible distance, it looked a touch overpowered.

I agree. He seems to be able to throw it to the back post often.
santy001
Delap's throw is stupidly good. I'm Arsenal, playing against Stoke he threw it an incredible distance, it looked a touch overpowered. He doesn't have to do it often, but Delap can pretty much get it into the 18 yard box from the half way line if he doesn't go purely for a low trajectory. Once you start getting about 1/3 of the way into your half, Delap can get it into the box from there depending on the size of the pitch. Also, to be fair last season at the Brit it destroyed Arsenal because they just couldn't handle it.
