santy001
I used to do some testing, when they hired me as a tester (not beta, as beta is external and open to the public) it was at the end of this month a couple years back, they may have started earlier these days I'm not sure. The route to go down usually is to apply at sega, you may get in there on another project, but can still sign up for overtime on FM if they need people etc. It is a great experience and a laugh though, but just don't expect it to be like you'll sit there playing an FM save for several months otherwise you'll be in for a huge shock. If you actually want to be a beta tester, you'll find that its very unlikely to be paid work.
SCIAG
It isn't too late. PM PaulC. You won't get paid though.
SI Staff Ter Posted July 12, 2009 SI Staff Share Posted July 12, 2009 We usually offer beta testing places to people who have given us good feedback on our previous games in topics on here and in the bugs forum. If we ask people to apply then we'll just get a lot of people who will play it and not give us any feedback.
BenArsenal
Unless you have a lot of time on your hands (and preferably a good computer), I wouldn't recommend being a tester unless you really, really have some constructive feedback to offer.
swisso
I applied for a paid position and didn't hear anything If it could be tested from home then i'd jump at the chance to test it unpaid.
