No, for years i`m using mine, started on FM17.

I train players for the position they play in, i adapt for all the tactics i use. A lot of micro management in training.

i would agree on some degree, people do build a super team, then post results, but most tactic requires you to have the correct players, LFC, UTD, City and more, have players and a squad that can fit most tactics...example, testing a tactic with Sheff Utd would be difficult if your tactics has wingers, as they have 1 player who can perform as a winger, so you won't get the full performance. Even Spurs, its difficult to test a tactic with half the squad missing with injuries.

nobody expects to get the same results with Bournemouth than someone did with LFC, but it gives a person an idea of what players to get to make the tactic successful.

and another thing, i've tested tactics with lower teams before, i won the league with Sheff Utd, but then it didn't work as well with other teams, mainly because it was tweaked to suit my Sheff Utd team at that time.

That`s why many of the guys fail to have results, first they need to look at the team and after that use a tactic that suits the type of players they have.

I`m using Touch version, there is NO tool to keep fitness or morale up

I`m rotating the players a lot, keep them happy that they play, and i know how to train them, that`s something i learned in time.

I change the players traits in development section, for example :

CD traits : Stay back , No through balls ( that means he will play smart short passing game, he`ll not lose the ball often )

DM traits : No dive into tackles ( less yellow and red cards ), NO runs with ball ( he`s the holding player in front of the  CDs, no need to lose the ball and create chances for the opposition )

CM traits : Plays one-twos, shoots with power ...

.... and so on

I adapt to every tactic i`m using, for each tactic i`m using different traits, depends if i`m playing with high up the pitch wings or mr/ml, if i`m playing through the middle or overlap, high def line or standard ... and so on

Second place in the League - same points as Liverpool, lost the league in the last 3 games of the season : draw away at Spurs 0-0, lost away at City 1-3 and 1-1 home with Chelsea , half of my first 11 was injured because of games every 3 days!
