Season Preview | Competitions | Trophy Cabinet Eerste Nationale - Fixtures 1 - 2 : We had a great season , we only lost our first two games at the end of the season. Croky Cup: We beat Geel and City Pirates. Zulte Waregem (first tier team) was too strong in the fifth round. U21: They are playing in two competitions(bug). They Finished 6th in the Reserve League 1B and 5th in the first national reserve division. U19: They won the U19 National 1 leauge. First XI | Overall Best XI | Transfers | Youth Intake 2024 A very strong season from our two striker De Kuyffer and Beirlant scoring 27 and 23 goals. Two youngsters Sekkat 23i and Pârvulescu 23A from the intake during holiday season made their debuts at the end . I'll try to keep above squad for next season, nobody is leaving. De Kuyffer was our best player this season scoring a lot of goals. Club Vision | Supporters Profile | Manager Overview We had 2991 capacity with only 600 seats. not sure what they are going to do now. We don't have the money. Belgium Watch Next Season No relegation and a takeover/money injection, that would satisfy me very much next season.

Youth Intake Preview A resolute personality is good but average determination and attribute wise it isn't a great intake. I included the intake from the first season (during holiday).

Progress Mohamed Sekkat 23i This one is really developing very well ! And that with a fickle personality - Determination 11 and not playing any senior games .He already gained 7% overall attributes. First International Call-up

I really love this ! the only thing that i don't like about infographics is the history. i really like to see what someone did in his first seasons , how much season tickets you had in the first year and twenty years later. But this looks really nice !

How do get along with the lack of U19 team? Do you have to 'bid' for youth intake players or do you always have the first option ?

Yes i know, he had the same at PSV , after a really good season, in the second season he started very bad and was sacker. At Antwerp the DoF is Marc Overmars (the one who made Ajax very rich) and started with 27 out of 27 points and 4 wins in europe (after being beated in last playoff round ECL against Başakşehir. Now we have 6 out of 18.. i hope this will turn before the World Cup starts. Sorry enough about them. Good luck with Gent

yes and add that one of those lower league teams produces newgens from my town (Antwerp) and are available for a youth only challenge After previous attemps it seems to click now , despite teh bugs. Good luck with Gent (they have a very bad record against my own club, Royal Antwerp, in real life :)).

Good job ! Finances look very bad in belgium, every team have big issues. I started with Berchem in youth only challenge and i and few others reported already a lot of bugs . If you don't get takeovers or a board cash injections, it is unplayable . My promoted team from 4th tier became automatic pro. That also involves high costs.. The youth setup is expensive , high player wages even in third tier.

I would like to add that reputation is very important ( like the reputation of the club and your own rep) You don't have to sign a HOYD if you can't find a good one but are able to find a DoF of Assistant or a coach with great personality/ JPA and JCA. You can give him the youth intake task.

That is really not realistic. i'm adding you to my intro because you did a lot of effort . i saw some takeovers in my holidaying trials before i started in Belgium and i'm hoping for a good takeover.. if not , it will be a really long and hard adventure.

Intro I am going back to what I originally intended, starting in my own country, very close to home. Belgium ! Why Koninklijk Berchem Sport for the third time? They play in my hometown Antwerp and I live very close to Berchem (+- 5 miles). They are the second closest team i could pick in Belgium. A Youth only with players from Antwerp is what I've wanted to do for a long time. I also know some players and staff personally of Berchem. I have never finished more than one season, time to change this. Starting in the third tier in Belgium seems to be the right choice for me. Not a small country, not a big country either. Starting in a third division is not too high or too low and Berchem has quite good youth facilities and reputation. I am also big fan of the many nationalities you get in belgian intakes. I know @XaW @VinnyChilds and @Bartrcm reported that Belgium if financially bugged and i noticed that too. We start as a pro team, that is not helping. But I want to try it anyway . I don't expect an update on this bug in the full release and look at this as an extra challenge. And i tried to 'poach' Rik De Kuyffer to Antwerp but he went to Club Brugge before returning to Berchem. Some players are out of contract and were negotiating a new one, they all want to sign as an important player and are asking a lot of money. i'm going to cancel a few because i can replace them in the near future with a youngster. I think Eredivisie teams from Holland didn't agree about the future promotion from third tier to second tier and that is why it is canceled (at the moment). @flyd can probably confirm/explain this ?
