  1. Haha Just an excited Hammers fan! seeing how many other hammers were getting up and about.. I may get an updated 22 database and have a crack now though Dec as a ball carrier in midfield, Paqueta a creator behind complete forward Scamacca, the brick wall of Zouma and Kehrer... options will be endless!
  2. How good is it going to be building an unbeatable 4231 with West Hams new squad!! Want FM23 now with all these new signings!
  3. Need to remove the DM-D for a Libero to get forward. And have 2 Cms, preferably at least one as a Mezzala or Carilero.. and play Attacking mentality.
  4. I never actually use the U23s squad for development, U18s until 18, then first team squad and mentoring, make available to play in the U23s. If they aren't up to it at 18 loan, then sell. If huge gap between current and potential at 18 to make up loan them out to teams with great facilities and a manager invested in youth!
  5. Not sure if it's a bug or standard as I haven't played in the bundesliga for a while, but I'm into December now and ZERO TV revenue, I'm Shalke 04.
  6. How's the DM S working? I'd think with the DLP D next to him he should be a SV to be honest. WBs will not attack too frequently so get him a more positive role.
  7. Fair enough mate. The build up in that first goal v Chelsea looked great! I see the IWB involved too, good to see. I have signed Aydin before as Bristol city when he was 18-19, I actually received trained him to become my IWB on the left, he was perfect and held the role for years! Your incoming CB looks a great upgrade too
  8. Doesn't an inside forward stay wide and dribble in, whereas the IW move inwards.. try the IW
  9. Would play either role if he has CMA and BBM in front of him, backline will cop too much heat. I have a tactic with a RPM + move into channels, Run with ball , two Carilleros in front of him and he dominates. The CM pairing provide cover and intelligently chose when to go forward also. If going a CMA the other role needs to be a holding or defensive role I'd say
  10. Yeah fair calls guys. I was more interested if either of you change the individual pressing for the CB players. I've almost always rolled with the 2 CD-D but I usually have one set to close down less. I experimented with a Cover defender which seemed okay but latest tactic I've settled on much higher line, off side trap, both CD-D. Also have individual instructions for both of them close down less, seems to be working a treat, holding the line much better and less balls beating them over the top
  11. Play out from the back doesn't really suit your back line quality , your RB can't really dribble or cross, he's an IWB candidate for me. Maybe then can get another central player to push on a bit. don't want to sound harsh but prob need a bit more quality through the team to play with any sort of control.
  12. Wanting to see if people have different theories or settings they use for the CB pairing with regards to pressing. I usually like to have one standard, and the other close down less, not sure if it really helps much, in my head he acts more as a safety net by not rushing in. If I have one on cover, I have been experimenting with him as the standard pressing and the CD D on less, which usually I'd have the other way but it seems to be going well
  13. If your just looking for an overlap change to a normal WB. CWB roam all over the place, More suited to a creative player rather than getting to the byline for crossing
