  1. I dont think you can have workaround because math is problem here. You have 2 possible cases: 1. If team is relegated from level 7 to level 8 where you have league bellow - you will have relegated teams in that level 8 division. 2. If team is relegated from level 7 to level 8 where you dont have league bellow - you will have more teams in that division in next season. Problem is this: number of team in level 8 will change every season and FM cant handle that without that "number of extra lower division teams to be promoted" settimgs. However you cant set that because you dont know what scenario will be at the end of season. Can you take a look how you set that?
  2. I want to use amateur , non contract and part time based on playing time. Cant set anything.
  3. Maybe its case for serbia only. About kits - i have team colors in excel and i use script to mass edit all clubs. I have plans to add this feature to editor generator but i dont have enough time for that now. I created script for my own use. BTW i have huge problems with contract types - again its bugged. Cant force AI teams to set proper contract types based on playing time... We had same issue back in FM16 i think...
  4. Yeah average CA. Game generates players 5-20 CA for all clubs when you use "add players to playable teams" option. Thats why i want to do this. I have list of players in my google sheets. I set only first and second name, nation, club, CA and PA. Game will set everything else. I use Editor Generator for players.
  5. I guess its much easier for me because i dont have belgian "crazy" system Anyway - i made a good progress today. Clubs reputation is finished, all club colors and kits are set. Also i changed all stadiums from 0 to 200 capacity because FM have some bug and 0 capacity is set to 2500 in game. Wanted to have empty fields without any stands but i guess its impossible. Plan for tomorrow is this: 1. set training facilities and youth settings to all clubs. 2. set contract status to all divisions/levels. 3. test finances and set if needed - i think teams get too much money from sponsorship when i use default settings. After this i have couple more things to do: 1. set top 2 levels - i will copy system from default rules so this shoudnt take too much time. 2. make all domestic cups- main cup, regional and county cups. 3. set fixture and discipline rules and set all other rules related to nation - transfer windows, loan rules... I probably forgot something so this list is not final i guess. I have plans to add created players to all clubs in levels 4-6 because game generates players with same quality no matter what reputation of the club is. For this i need to create about 34000 players so every club have 17 real players. This way i can control quality of generated players and teams in higher levels and with higher reputation will have better players. Green is reputation of the clubs in specific level, yellow is average CA of players based on clubs reputation. Will keep you updated!
  6. Still have a lot of work. I just finished clubs reputation. File is tested 3 times for 10 seasons. When i add cups i will test again to make sure there is no clash dates. I will add some missing teams today and i will set all kits and colors.
  7. I changed system in level 6 because i had big problems with playoffs between leagues. This is always big problem and i dont wanna waste my time on this. I joined some leagues and now i have 61 division in level 6 - some leagues have groups. Also all leagues now have 1 or more promotion spots - direct or through playoff but now playoff is played between groups of same division and i dont have old problems anymore. System is tested 10 years on holiday and its ok for now. Dynamic relegation system works and all teams are in right divisions. Also divisions in level 6 change system when needed based on number of clubs. Still have lot of work. Need to test system again for 15-20 seasons. I must set colors for clubs and kits also. Finances, club reputation, contract status for leagues. Top 2 leagues are not set - just added for testing. Fixture and discipline rules. All domestic cups. A LOT of work but im on the right track. Lets hope winter update wont mess everything - we had problems sometimes in the past. Will keep you updated...
  8. First test file is finished and its ok so far. Dynamic relegation system works 100%. Also multiple sets of rules for child comps works now so we can have different system based on number of teams in specific season. In my case all leagues from level 6 have regular league up to 18 clubs. When league reaches 19 teams system will change to 2 group system. Have some issues with team history but this was my fault because i forgot to set this. I have 81 leagues in level 6 and i have 9 promotion playoff stages in parent competition. Need to find some solution for these stages to be visible only in comps that gives teams for playoff. I hate when i have all playoffs listed in all comps. Thats it for now...

  10. Lets write this again - make new smaller stadium options for lower league managment. This bug is "fixed" now. Its only 2500 capacity on FM23
  11. "Add players to playable teams" option should be fixed because new added players have same CA in clubs with reputation 50 or 1500. Or remove it - because its completely useless like this.

  13. This is complete serbian lower league system - its not 100% accurate because FM have limitations so i changed some leagues in levels 5 and 6. Level 1,2 and 3 - same as in real life. Level 4 is same but i removed promotion playoff from Beogradska zona because i had problems with playoffs between levels. Level 5 have some minor changes - 3 small leagues from kosovo are joined to nearest region. Also Moravička zona is now 1 division with 16 instead 2 with 10 teams. I simply dont like this "great ideas" from local FA. Level 6 is combination of all teams from levels 6 and 7 in real life. Some leagues are same - some leagues are changed so i have good number of teams - also i tried to avoid playoffs between divisions. Level 6 is set to be dynamic so number of teams will change from year to year based on number of relegated teams from above. Also system will change based on number of teams in every league. If league teams number drops - number of rounds will increase and if number of teams increase to 19 or more - system will change to groups. I did all this in order to include all teams from serbian system. In some small leagues i activated some extinct clubs (in reality those clubs sre not extinct but they dont compete every year) in order to get enough teams. Dynamic relegation system is included so there is no teams in wrong divisions. There is total 2084 teams. Cup competitions are also slightly changed. We have main national FA cup will have teams from top 2 levels + 4 regional winners from previous season. 4 regional cups will include winners of county cups and teams from level 3. Winners will qualify for FA cup next season. County cups will have teams from levels 4-6. Winners will qualify for regional cup. When you start the game you should choose level 6 Opštinske lige and click on "add players to playable teams" option in order to populate empty teams. Still need to test how removing 1 level will affect this file - for example when you promote to level 4 you dont need level6 anymore. Im sure i will have to update something but file is ready for now. File is tested 10 seasons on holiday and i didnt notice any problem. If you find any issue please let me know. Enjoy! DOWNLOAD
  14. As we already know for last couple versions of FM Editor - we cant see all competitions in the advanced list. Only visible competitions are the ones you choose from the "show rules for" drop menu. Someone from editor dev team thought this is good idea (of course without any feedback from end users and probably with very small experience with complex editor files but never mind), but its simply not. As i said before - this is not the problem when you work with small number of competitions - when you have 100+ comps in your list ,work is inbearable and 3x slower. Every time you want to check something, copy something or whatever - you need to look for that comp in the drop menu. Insane. I really dont understand who can make changes like this. NOTHING good came from this!!! @Kyle Brown @Zachary Whyte or whoever who is responsible for decisions like this: Please check first with us. We probably have much more experience when it comes to use editor than you guys. Dont make changes just to change something. BTW your feedback in bugs section is much better than previous years. I wrote this because i dont want you to think am always against SI staff. I will always write about good and bad things in editor without any hesitation. Some people from this forum had problem with that in the past - i was even warned for things like this. I guess thats their problem. Anyway now its time for that "workaround". When you make system with 6-7 levels and with 100+ comps this is your solution. First add competition names to "description" line so you can later know what is what. Go to "general" section of the competition in the advanced list and simply remove competition using "none" option. After that all comps without competition set will be moved to "other". When you do this for all comps you want - all comps will be stored under "other" so you can see them in the list together. As i already added that "description" lines, i can see which comp is which and i can edit them without wasting time for nonsense mouse clicking. Of course in order to test rules - you need to add competitions again but this is not the problem when you finish your work. This is only good for advanced users because they dont need editor test until they finish 95% of their work. TBH we dont need editor test at all but hey - my diplomacy level is high today Later you can delete those "desctiption" lines or not. I hope i helped you with this.
  15. When i created Serbian lower leagues - all clubs MUST have city in their full name. So yeah
  16. IMO this is wrong decision because we often have problems with verification of complex files. And in most cases those files works just fine in game. Also every year we have problem with editor in early stages - verification is often imposible for some basic things and we use XML "hacks" to fix that issue - do you really want us to wait 2 months because you removed XML option?? If you want - you can remove xml files from your customer support if you dont wanna mess with force verified files. Thats ok. But dont make huge problems for most editor users without good reason.
