Refunding the game, but how?

Hi guys,

please have a look for my issue.

I have bought the game from Official Store (https://www.footballmanager.com/) but can not find a way to refund, as there is no live customer support or any place to ask for that.  How can I get refund so? I played less than an hour on Steam (but purchased via Activation code from official store as I already mentioned above) and it is so overwhelmed for me to have a fun from the game, it is very time consuming even if i tried to skip most part of the gameplay.

I already did, but no response unfortunately, as they do not have live support. Just emailed and waited 3rd day to get some feedback.

Well it's a weekend so likely there are less or no staff working. It's also likely your query will be in a queue based on the order they're received. 

Probably just going to have to be patient.

I may be wrong, but I believe your contract is with who ever you purchased the item from.

Steam will not refund you within 14 days if you did not buy directly from them, I just read that.

Put in a claim with who ever you brought it with, and keep copies of your requests so you can prove the time you put in your claim if there is a time limit.

Again, my advice may be completely wrong, but it is what I would do.
