And with the end of 2024, this save will take a break.

Since I needed to add all the league, my PC is struggling.

So this one is paused, until I got my new PC in January/February.

I feel for you. I have a 10-year old rig and can't load 90% of the leagues I want to. Lowest graphics setting too. It'll be a lot longer before i can upgrade, but i look forward to you being back soon, faster and bigger than ever!

See you in Jan/Feb with your new PC mate!

The sad part is...the PC was already here two time.

First time the RAM was bad, despite paying the complete package of buildung and testing.

The second time the PC worked, but it looked like someone build it with anger or no knowledge.

The entire PC was banged up, missing screws and dirty in the inside.

Now I got the fun of trying to get my 2k back.

My current one its that bad, but I can feel the limits of the quad core. (i5-6400)

That's unfortunate, I now got into it and really like the concept as I've been trying to make Caribbean leagues playable and allow the teams to earn money to sustain it and help it to grow by itself not having the best of luck though

Restart GIFs | Tenor

Time to restart this one.

After couple days I found some things I didnt really liked.

The idea is great, but it needs some adjustments.

1.) Database

The setup is now perfect and even my old PC can handle it.

Also the player pool is a little bit bigger at the start.

2.) Playtime for a nation

Switching nations each year felt not good. After one year you finally now the players and then you need to switch.

I will play a nation for one complete World Cup circle. -> 4 years (the 1st nation only 3 years)

3.) Switching nationalities

I decided to ignore real players, it felt also kinda wrong.

They need to conviced the old way.

4.) Rules for switching nation

image.png.64a4838ea482e024207978e37353ade9.png

They will stay the same, but only with newgens.

5.) Using English clubs for player development

This will only apply for players of the nation, I currently play.

If they are unattached or a very good regen, I can switch them to a club in England.

I will use the London clubs again.

6.) Jamaica

I decided to take Jamaica out of this one.

They are by far the best nation in the Caribbean already.

And irl you can see that more and more players will switch to Jamaica.

They will be treated as "test" nation.

Mexico with the double.

Once again they beat USA in the final.

Looking at the Caribbean nations Bermuda, Barbados and Trinidad got in the group stage.

Jamaica got into the quarter final.

Quick look at the Gold Cup statistic.

Barbados made it for the first time to the Gold Cup.

Bermuda with their 2nd tournament.

Trinidad is increasing his lead to 12 starts.

Four players decided to retire in the summer.

The big one was Michael Nottingham our CB leader.

Also two backup keepers, which means two childs are in.

Two players are currently without a club. Lets change this.

Thats the Vanarama South media predictions.

Lets take the positions as possible destinations.

Chippenham Town and Dulwich Hamlet both got 20k or 59k (equal to the contracts) to support this transfer.

I had been following this and I have a real soft spot for minnow nations and get particular excited when ‘big players’ play for them. However, I can see your reasons of wanting a bit more realism! Glad to see you’ve started this again and will follow along.

Thanks Ben.

Im pretty confident that some of the real players will switch in the next 4-5 years automaticly.

England got always a stack squad.

For e.g. Max Aarons switched to Jamaica at age 27-28 in every save I did this year.

Tough game in Georg Town, but we did our homework.

Martinique won their game too.

This means we need to beat Martinique with +3 goals, because goal diff matters.
