[FM23] Boost The Caribbean - "Building" A Region With Some Help - RESTART - Part I - St. Kitts & Nevis [Bugged]

Lets have some fun. 

 

 

I think everyone had multiple situations like that.

You found a pretty good player for e.g. Keston Peters here.

He came trough the Fulham academy and is both English and Trinbagonian.

 

 

It takes probably another 3-6 years and he will finally switch nations and will play for Trinidad & Tobago.

Right know, he could be the star for national team and get them a nice boost.

 

Lets change this with the help of the editor and a couple of rules.

 

I decided to use England as basis.

Why?

 

If you played a lot in the English pyramid, you always see those kinds of player.

 

And also they failed at the World Cup again.

The English FA signed an agreement with 16 nations.

(I will ignore Montserrat, because the DB failed to load and I already prepared everything.)

 

So there is still a chance for England to pick the best players.

The will not be a fully simulated save.

I will play one national team for one year and try to boost them.

 

In the World Cup year, I can choose between the qualified teams.

All determined by random.

 

The ultimate goal will be to win the World Cup.

Its January 2nd and here are the stats and results of each team.

The CONCACAF Nations League was the main competition.

Our first nation will be Saint Lucia.

St. Lucia had a really rough Nations League, its facing relegation.

We got two games in March to change this...maybe.

I just came across it - do you just drop the 2 *.xml files into the editor data folder with all the *.fmf files? Does it conflict with any others?

From what I understand he's going to manually use the editor to change the nationality of players that fail to get a call-up from England in due time. But I've seen this database elsewhere and yes, that's how you use it. It's just a mass edit on players with multiple nationalities. These players are edited to play for their lowest ranked national team. The Brazilians Ederson and Marquinhos, for example, will play for Portugal because Portugal is below Brazil in the FIFA rankings. This database should greatly improve African countries

I wanted to try this last FM (with the Netherlands), but my PC wasnt good enough.

But I found a nice work aroung, which I will go in details later in the evening.

I was thinking about this, but this would change the current world.

Yep I will do this manually.

 

I got 17 managers active (16 nations + 1 holiday man), so I can switch in and out at any time.

Every manager is set as unsackable and all got the same stats and three formations to work with.

More to that later.

Like I previous mentioned, this is my setep.

16 managers + 1 holiday man

 

In the Game Status menu all of them are set on holiday.

Thats why you dont need to press 17 times yes to continue.

 

Also I forgot to mention, I adjusted the Foreign rules in England.

Every Caribbean player will be treated as Non-Foreign.

 

 

This wont be a problem for 99% of all players, since they will get ENG as 2nd nationality once they are in the academy.

But...Maybe a very good player gets generated in the Caribbean leagues.

Then we got the option to "draft" him to one of the teams in England.

But this will be a thing for the future.

Part I - 2023 - Saint Lucia

  

Quick overview over Saint Lucia.

Our home stadium will be the "Mindoo Phillip Park" in the capital of Castries.

 

They never qualified for the Gold Cup and ofcause never for the World Cup.

 

 

The key players are those three gentlemen's:

Janoi Donacien - Ipswich Town - League One

Terrell Thomas - Charlton - League One

Vino Barclett - Cavalier FC - Jamaica

 

Barclett might be the first player to get drafted to England.

He looks very good League 2 maybe good League 1 keeper.

The reason is simple...I got the fear that they will retire, because they are unattached.

 

Since the HQ of the English FA is in London, why not sent them to clubs based in London.

 

I think VNL or VNS level is good enough for them.

Lets use the RNG again.

We tried very hard and we pretty much dominated them.

They scored a 30m screamer after a corner and couldnt hit the target more then once.

 

There is still a chance, but I dont think we can beat the Dominican Republic.

We tried again very hard and honestly deserved a draw here.

 

Anyways...we are relegated.

St Lucia FA had some talks with the English FA.

The results will be that Vico Barclett and Melvin Doxilly get the chance to play in England.

They agreed on League 2/National League level.

Hendon got promoted into the VNS.

 

  

  

 

Cavalier FC (Jamaica) and Mount Pleasant FC (Jamaica) got 100k compensation each.

Very very good first half against Bahamas.

In the 2nd half our defense was rocksolid.

We started our year with an impossible mission and got relegated in the NL.

 

We finished the year gettin promoted back in Division B.

Really really good 2nd half of the year.

The players also finally gettin used to my formation.

Really rough year for Anguilla, only 1 victory all year.

They even dropped one play in the World Ranking, from 208th to 209th.

 

 

 

Decent year for Antigua, they finished two time 2nd in the NL.

Dropped in the World Ranking.

 

 

Pretty rough year for Barbados.

Yes, they play the Gold Cup, but 8 losses in the row is tough.

Dropped in the World Ranking.

 

 

Rough year for Bermuda too.

Dropped in the World Ranking.

 

 

Another team with a really bad year.

Climbed one play in the WR.

 

 

Pretty good year for the Cayman Islands.

Climbed 7 places in the WR.

 

 

Decent year for Dominica, tight games overall.

Climbed 4 places in the WR.

 

 

Pretty good year for Grenada.

They also climbed 3 places in the WR.

Pretty good year for Guyana.

Climbed 6 places in the WR.

 

 

Probably the best nation in the Caribbean had an average year.

They stayed in Div A in the NL, but got knocked out in the Gold Cup group stage. 

 

 

Pretty bad year for St. Kitts, dropped also in the WR.

 

 

Average year for St. Vincent, no movement in WR.

 

 

Decent year for The Bahamas. Climbed in the WR.

 

 

Also a rough year for Trinidad. Dropped 13! places in the WR.

 

Decent year for Turks & Caicos with a 2:9 spanking by Canada. 

 

 

Good news, I was able to add a manager to Montserrat.

Average year for them.
