Usually they are cheap-either can be purchased with compensation or a very low transfer fee. They are typically young, and can develop into quality players in the long term. I have always tended to buy these players no matter what club i start a save with (although some may not move to smaller clubs or smaller leagues). Just starting a Manchester United save - for my sins - and I'm hoping to make these two my main central midfield. Something super dynamic about both of them. Magnus Kofod can be got a free a the end of the first season or for 3-5m in the first window. Diomande is a little more expensive first window.
