Small preseason with an ok end. Lost in the 90. minute.

 

I survived the registration without f*ck ups!

We also got 500k GAM left to buy down contracts.

Cleaned out the team a bit. Nerwinski was sadly stolen.

Castellanos I wanted for a long time, but after the transfer things we done, I kinda regret it.

Toronto was pretty tough to agree to give me the right for Laryea.

Mar we drafted in the Superdraft and Laryea will be our new starting RB.

This winter was all about to find potential Canadian NT player.

Also to get the band slowly back together? I try.

 

I went to my Bayern and looked who is listed.

Rhein and Mai are on loan here for 1 year, but they both got contract until 06/2023. So we might can do something in winter.

Batista Meier was transfer listed, because he wanted to leave. #NoBrainer

Sala was found by my scout and I offered him a trail. I really like his finishing.

Im always on the hunt for those international spots.

Since we are a top team already, draft picks means nothing.

 

So we got 11 permanent + 1 until 2031 + 1 until 2023 > 13 spots in total.

Bruno joins us on loan from Colon. We got a 1,5 Mio optional clause.

He looks pretty decent.

 

Our backup Newton got waived.

Great to see you doing this again as I loved the Saudi Arabia one - I'm sure I've said this before but your Lanzarote save inspired me to do my own Sicilian challenge with Palermo, and I've just won my second league title; easily the best save I've ever done, so thanks again.

I've been thinking about doing another 'build-a-nation' type challenge like you've done here; are there any other countries/leagues that take your eye for this sort of challenge? I've thought about doing it in Russia or with Wales, but Canada + a Canadian club seems like the best of the bunch!

Europe: Belarus and Poland

South America: Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay

Nice! I just checked in the editor now, Serbia also seems to be an interesting one... but Canada still seems good. What's the 3/5 rule for Canada? Does it mean they can be Canadian three years in but cant play until five years in?

Yes.

After 3 years you get a CAN pass, but still the player need to be 5 years in Canada to be eligiable.

Apparently its a cup between the 8 best MLS teams and 8 Liga MX teams.

Houston gave us the first loss in the league.

The rest is pretty much a OBM and Sala show.
