Africanos de Bragança - Cape Verde regens Oriental Dragon - China regens FC Andorra - Andorra regens Athletic Club - Can only buy Basque players Altınordu FK - Can only buy Turkish players FC Vaduz - Liechtenstein regens, and they can only qualify for Europa League if they win the Liechtenstein Cup.
