[FM21] New Cups & Leagues

I know that even this forum we could found some type of World Leagues, the most famous made by Timo or Weiry. But I'm freak about real and precisely rules, so I make my own leagues of world, because I want to play all world career on FM21 and I need this files.

In my work I inspired by Timo, Weiry and lukafanzer, I compare his files and chose the essence. They was very fast and everybody who wanted quickly start career in FM a long time ago download and enjoy play. I don't want to race with everybody, I have my time and my priorites.

I start from Africa and made leagues and cups of 17 countries:

Algeria
Angola
DR of Congo
Egypt
Ethiopia
Ghana
Ivory Coast
Cameroon
Kenia
Madagascar
Mali
Morocco
Nigeria
Senegal

Zambia
Zimbabwe

I also make some Asia countries:
Qatar, Iran, UAE, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Vietnam

In some countries I made 2 league tiers in some only 1 tier (in countries where second tier is difficult to imitate in game) and in Morocco 3 tiers.

I make real and precisely rules of squad registration, transfers windows, disciplinary rules, classification rules, optimized money award, days of matches and set TV matches like in real life. In some countries like Tunisia, Nigeria or Cameroon I found original regulations of competitions and about this I make rules (even I don't know French - thank you Google translate). In some countries where sources are worse I used everything I could found.

Also I make domestic cups (but not automatic generic by editor, but also looking about how much phases, rules etc.) and also in some countries another cups. In some country I use defunct cups when I thinked that this cup is interesting and was played in past. For example in Morocco never was  played Supercup so I don't add this to game, but in Ethiopia was played Addis Addeba Cup (for teams from capital city) so I added this.

In my files NO COVID - I don't use tempotary fixtures, shorter leagues etc. because I have hope that we back to normal soon.

Though my deep research if you see any wrong rules or any another problem with my files, please let me know.

All files are tested for some seasons and are compatibility each other.

I make some competitions to make game more interesting mostly for weaker teams.  I'm Polish and for us it's very unique when Polish clubs play in Europe on autumn (usually fall off in summer), so I try make something to change this.

This is competitions is for the best teams of several countries which don't advance to Group Phase of CL, EL and European Conference. If team advance the don't play because overload in fixtures.

Rather not in this year, because I want some play in FM not only editing. So I want make some countries from all continents (I have my own list, usually the most power countries which don't have leagues in original game). Then I want start my career and make break from editor, but maybe later I make something else, but can't promise. If this update will be popular maybe I make this same for FM 2022 and then start earlier and have a base so could maybe later make all world countries.

I public today Arab Champions League, please look on my Steam Workshop. I use file made by qwert2 from ArabFM.net, but I fixed his bug with qualify to First Round.

Thailand Leagues I'm making but Malaysia and Singapore are in original database, so I don't make this, because I looking for new countries first.

Yes, I made Thailand, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Iran, UAE and I'm near to finish Qatar. From Asia I plan to make also Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Mongolia and maybe Bahrain and Nepal. I think that Japan is made good on this forum in another topic, so I don't plan make this country.

In Asia is better sources like in Africa, so in most countries I download original regulament and make leagues with this information. But not everything is possible to set in editor, so I try make the best. For example I could make that in Qatar could register 3 foreigners + 1 foreigners from Asia, but I have problem to set +1 for UAFA but I working on this.

Of course I could publish files I made, but I also try to make balanced finanses in all leagues, so I waiting for finish.

BTW I think this year is little tutorial for me, because I working on editor from 2008, but still I learn new things. If everything let ok in next year I could use my files from this year and maybe later make more countries. But it's not race for me, so I make this with my speed.

I updated African Leagues and addes some Asian Leagues (Dave make very good files so you could use his files, but I had this made so I also upload this). Extra I upload Arab Champions League and Persian Gulf Champions League.

So I send in attachment this file and additional two new cups in beta version (probably will be working, but don't test everything yet).

Mekong it's Mekong Champions Cup (the best clubs from Thailand, Vietnam, Birma, Laos and Cambodia) and British is this same format like Mekong but for winners of British Countries cup (England, Scotland, Wales, North Ireland and Gibraltar).
