Which roles would you apply in my 433DM?

I’m switching roles constantly for my Milan team. I play a standard tactic 433 DM formation. Which roles would you give these players for my 3 midfield spots?

Szobozlai, Tonali, Bennacer, Ugarte, Rovella and Camavinga.

Without seeing the profile of your players or even your tactic then there is no way anyone can help, a 4-3-3 can be played in many ways so by just giving us the base formation isn’t helpful to us.

What don't you like, or you see as going wrong, with the current tactic?

Bad ratings. The ratings are way lower than FM20. I primarily play the game to get awards for the players and increasing their value to make good transfer sales. Even though I win the league the ratings for my midfielders are bad. 
 

NB: Everyone who feel the need to comment “why care about ratings when you are winning”. Just move on to the next thread as I’ve heard it 10.000 times before.

Aside from that, do you really think the same player will achieve a significantly different average rating by assigning him a different role?
