You need to open up the config.xml file in the kits folder.. Where is normally says <record from="portsmouth_home" to="graphics/pictures/team/699/kits/home"/> Change it to <record from="portsmouth_home" to="graphics/pictures/team/699/kits/home/2008"/> Just pays to make sure we know you've done it right as I thought the instriuctions were a bit vague. Just one problem though a few years ago this happened with Arsenal when they had the different kit colours so when the season becomes 2009 wont the pompey kit change?
