England look more relaxed than previously and Gabby Logan is fawning over them as usual from outside the perimeter fence - TICK. France have got a good team this time, so good they've left out some players from the Best-League-In-The-World - TICK. Brazil are the favourites - TICK. Germany weren't that good in their warmup games but always find a way of getting to the business end of the tournament - TICK. Smug chortle from Lineker at that bit. Russia aren't very good - TICK.
