Guest
Hello all, the last version I played was FM2014, and now I'm back. It seems that at least the wonderkid definition has changed, so could someone please give some information on what it is these days? Age clearly (and obviously) has to be below 21, but it seems that PA, especially, can be rather lower than it used to be.
danthemanwhocan
I don't think the PA comes into it. I think it's any body under the age of 21 who has a relatively high CA. So, you could have a 20 year old 150 CA and 155 PA be labelled a wonderkid. I could be wrong. Probably am too

Probably am too No, I don't think you are. Not something I particular look at but my understanding was under a certain age with CA above a certain number. As for the numbers I really don't know, 21yo sticks in my mind as an age but I have no idea as for the CA trigger point.
HUNT3R
Yeah, in my experience it doesn't factor PA into it at all. Just a high CA for his young age. I don't know this for a fact though.
hoddle1404
Hmm.. definition of a wonderkid these days.. an exceptional player under 21 who possess a good CA for his age and has the potential to take on the world. But I've seen wonderkids fail and not reaching potential. So I assume the given CA for his age.
Guest
Very good, thank you all. So the definition has clearly changed at some point between FM2014 and now.
