Just-Wool Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 Dunno if that wiki is correct or if Uefa didn't go ahead with the changes, but the plan was as of this season that the Uefa cup holders qualify for the CL even if they don't qualify through the league and that the potential maximum participants in the cl from one country is now 5. Apparently runners up of cups no longer qualify for Europe either. That wiki seems to suggest in England the Uefa cup winner goes into the Uefa cup again unless they qualify for the CL as their league position. I finished 4th and won the Europa League, I got the first message for qualifying via 4th place then I got a 2nd message because I won the Europa League, which put me in at the group stage.
