Snorks
Hi all, I am just wondering how to interpret the silver/grey stRs that show on my juniors CA? I understand the Gold star, and the Black 'potential/unscouted' system but have nevr been too sure about the silver ones. Example, new youth intake, I have a kid with 4.5 silver CA, with 2.5Gold & 1 Black PA star. have always assumed it refers to his current ability relative to the age group. So a 16yr old who can tear up the junior leagues, but would probably not develop strength enough for big leagues. Many thanks
michaeltmurrayuk
Silver Ability star is how good a players current ability is compared to your other youth players, once the current ability star goes gold that means they are being compared to your first team players - Basicaly silver stars just mean the youth players CA is below the half star rating a senior player would get and is just to make it easier to distingush between the abilities of your youth players. Cougar2010
4.5 silver stars is basically one step below 0.5 gold stars.
