haven't played any Oceanian nation after Australia moved to AFC. But if you have some players generated for either of these nations and you don't mind getting objectives like "lose at less than 5 goals", then go for it. I had a really nice game with Tonga in FM 2008. Almost qualified them to a world cup.

I remember losing the final of the 2016 Olympics with Cameroon, took a team of half regens and lined up with a 2-3-2-1-2 or something crazy for the whole tournament, can be a good way to find players too.

I always end uptaking the International jobs then often quit soon afterwards when I get bored of it. Have never managed an Oceania nation, would of been interesting how far you could take one.
