No one is better than him on this price. i hope you are talking about the 1st or 2nd season transfer window though. Tevez is younger and you should definitely keep him even after you bought Berbatov. For away games play a little bit more direct and play Berbatov, so you have a big guy to knock it on to Rooney/Ronaldo and in home games play short passing because Tevez is faster and can link up with fast moves with Ronaldo/Rooney.
