spizaa
Tutoring. I think I also read that disciplining / giving them a fine after a bad performance raises it too, but I might be making this up.
Fabio MVP
increase a player's work rate and team work? How about Strength and Tactics training?
Dirty Harry
How about Strength and Tactics training? I think that would work with team work, tactic that is. But i'm not sure if we could raise work rate...the game probably has it as one of those innate stats sadly.

Fabio MVP
It only raises/decreases Determination, and/or hidden attributes and possibly adds PPM's and possibly changes personalities.
spizaa
... and tutoring does nothing to either Oh, tutoring doesn't raise teamwork? I could have sworn it did. Maybe it's just coincidence then or age / training related when I see the stat rise.
StormenDK
Oh, tutoring doesn't raise teamwork? I could have sworn it did. Maybe it's just coincidence then or age / training related when I see the stat rise. I have tested tutoring extensively, so I am pretty certain that Work Rate and Teamwork are not affected. Instead it is: Determination, Adaptability, Ambition, Controversy, Loyalty, Pressure, Proffessionalism, Sportsmanship and Temperament. As Fabio mentioned, the youngster also have a chance to get one or more of the tutor's PPMs. Since the personality is based mostly on the hidden stats, when they change, the personality might change with them. Dirty Harry
So strength training for work rate and tactical training for team work. Strength can be done in individual training focus and schedules wise. However tactical can only be improved via training schedules, anyone got any idea what ITF (individual training focus) you could put them on to improve them via that more intense system. It tends to come up with quicker and slightly better results. Plus i kinda like to keep all my defenders, forwards, midfielders and keeprs together. It definitely helps with sqaud harmony and performance overall.
Fabio MVP
Strength training category covers Work Rate among some other attributes. Strength in Individual Training Focus will only train Strength attribute. Tactical training category covers Team Work among other attributes. Is that clear now? I think you'll find this useful: Strength: Coaches should have a high Fitness rating. Aerobic: Coaches should have a high Fitness rating. Goalkeeping: Coaches should have a high Coaching Goalkeepers rating. Tactics: Coaches should have a high Tactical rating. Defending: Coaches should have high ratings in Coaching Defending and Tactical. Ball Control: Coaches should have high ratings in coaching Technical and Mental. Attacking: Coaches should have high ratings in coaching Attacking and Tactical. Shooting: Coaches should have high ratings in coaching Attacking and Technical. Strength: Work Rate, Natural Fitness, Stamina, Strength Aerobic: Acceleration, Agility, Balance, Jumping, Pace Tactics: Anticipation, Decisions, Off The Ball, Positioning, Teamwork Ball Control: Dribbling, First Touch, Heading, Technique, Flair Defending: Marking, Tackling, Concentration Attacking: Crossing, Passing, Creativity Shooting: Finishing, Composure, Long Shots

Coentrao
Tutoring.I think I also read that disciplining / giving them a fine after a bad performance raises it too, but I might be making this up. It's true. A warning/fine can increase determination/work rate or even both at the same time.
Fabio MVP
It's true.A warning/fine can increase determination/work rate or even both at the same time. I didn't notice that. All I know is that the Aggression stat decreases by one when a player gets sent off.
Lazaru5
I didn't notice that. All I know is that the Aggression stat decreases by one when a player gets sent off. that's if you fine him for being sent-off... the others are true, warnings and fines after a bad performance increase work-rate and determination and even sometimes together but they only change IF the player accepts that it was justified
