Otherwise, you would be comparing a, for example English keeper with a PA of 100 with a Canadian with a PA of 200. Obviously, the latter will far out strip the former, just in club games, let alone international caps. I would recommend giving them a little CA, maybe 70/80 but keeping the PA at 200.
