brettney1980
October 1st 2008 - Clubs Update! This October Update has been mainly to focus on the latest round of International Match's for World Cup Qualifying so we'll take a quick look at the tables and then get onto the next update which will be Mid-November for the next International matches and the end of the seasons in Korea, Singapore and Finland. Danish First Division. Scandinavia FC and Torshavn Utd are looking like they can keep away from the relegation spots with Torshavn in particular close to the top 2 and the promotion that would come with it. Finnish Premier League. Ventspils FC are mathematically safe whereas LM are in for a more difficult end to the season with the bottom club going straight down and if they can make 13th they will face the team who finishes 2nd in the Finnish First Division for the right to be in the Premier League. Finnish First Division. It's close at the bottom with 5 points seperating 9th to 14th so pick any 3 from those 6 to be relegated and you see how difficult Levaida and Flora have it. Italian Serie A. With all 4 of the Maltese and San Marinoese clubs favourites to be in the bottom 4 come end of the season the managers and fans of these clubs will be in for a tough and stressfull season Gozo FC are the first of the 4 to pick up a win will this be significant come seasons end!? Mexican First Division. The Barbados and Jamaican clubs are struggling so far and it would be expected that 1 from those 4 will be relegated. Singaporean League. With 6 games left in Singapore it would take a miracle for the Auckland All-Blacks to not finish bottom although there is good news in that there is no relegation. Kiwi FC are fearing better though and with the right results can aim for a mid table finnish. K-League. Would you have guessed it!? With 1 game to go Abu Dhabi City are 3 points above UAE Thistle FC with 1 of them garenteed to go down so who do they play last game of the season? Each other ... because of the goal difference UAE Thistle will need to win by 4 clear goals though to survive. Korean National League. Pokhara City are unfortunately looking like finishing in the bottom 3rd of the table but Kathmandu Utd after a steady start have picked up the 2nd half of the season and could even win the closing stage and earn a playoff with the first stage winners for promotion to the K-League. Closing Stage.

Hamuel
i hope LM will get that 13th place.... Me too... I was hoping the high rep would allow us to attract a good quality of player but the drop in league rep will surely negate this. Fingers crossed
