  • Unable to Verify database

I'm unable to verify the database. The screen in the top right clearly says Not Verified, but when you try and do so, you can see that the editor thinks that it is verified. To check, I attempted to start a game using this database - the game itself acknowledges that the database is unverified

I am having the same issue. As soon as you verify the file once, the options to verify stop working saying the file is verified when it isn't.

Hello, this is a known issue we're investigating.

A workaround is that individual divisions can still be verified here one at a time. It's not visible when the file as a whole actually switches to being verified, but it does work for the purpose of verifying all the divisions and making the file useable in game.

Thank you, that's useful. Is it safe to continue editing or should we wait for the fix?

Thanks both for letting us know this is a known error and a work around we can try.  Very helpful.

Seems there are always weird editor issues!

    Found another workaround:

    • Export xml
    • Load database again
    • Import xml
    • Save
    • Now you can verify

Edit: Seems like it keeps doing false verification, since the league is now unavailable in-game despite being "verified".

Same problem here. I'm not able to use ''verify all'' and the text just keep saying verified level when it is not

Also, verified status remains unchanged on this screen

Mesmo problema aqui. Não consigo usar ''verificar tudo'' e o texto continua dizendo nível verificado quando não é

Além disso, o status verificado permanece inalterado nesta tela

Remove division levels, manually add each one and you can check again.

I can confirm that this work around does indeed verify the files. You kind of have to ignore whatever the screen says and keep track of what leagues you have manually verified (rather than doing them as a batch) but doing it does allow you to load a custom database
