steph61620
I get linked with jobs and tell them I am interested but they offer it to a lower rep manager. Would they offer if if I applied to it? I am currently employed so don't want to apply in case I don't get it.
Moonshine
More likely to offer if you are under less contract (i.e. in your last year of a job), or you apply, yes. But you can still be offered outside of those conditions.
dudester
Be wary of applying it tends to annoy your current employer.
kingjericho
If you're unemployed you get a lot more approaches.
Camb0dia
Could be an issue of compensation they cant afford the buyout of your contract
Lawlore
I tend to view getting linked as a club kinda flirting with you- they're interested and want you to apply, but if you act coy for too long they lose interest. And, of course, your current club don't like you making goo-goo eyes elsewhere.
Sir_Liam
On my current save game, I just applied for a job, and instead of getting threatened with the sack, there was a statement from the club saying how desperate they were for me to stay. I guess as I had untouchable status, and had done a great job, they didn't begrudge me the chance to leave. That's a first for me though, as it's always turned ugly in the past when I've wanted to leave.
