kkas
When I ask my manager to do this is it always accurate and the players he says are unrealistic does that mean I could offer them the best wages for my club and maybe get them or absolutely no chance of getting them if that makes sense? dafuge
I find the assistant usually filters out players who are willing to join the club. Because of that I never use it otherwise I would miss out on some great signings.

Leeds Fan
I liked the way it used to work in games of old. Like CM01/02 when you could filter out un-interested players. Obviously it wasn't realistic as how exactly would you know that 3,546 out of 5,643 well known players would be interested in joining your team? But it sure as hell saved plenty of time. fatboyjohnmulhern
Yer i look to see who is availiabel from the realistic selection and then look at then select a maximum wage and unrealistic people, i might be able to tempt them to my club with money! uppercut
its quite useful, its not 100% accurate as there as players that will slip through but its a good indicator of how high you can be aiming for..

Now you have to bid on so many players and just hope to get lucky....
JD nawrat
It's a rubbish feature. It's blocked out some great players for me. It blocked Angelo Palombo out, but he came to the day after I offered a contract to him... Not exactly unrealistic then, is it?

uppercut
My assistant thinks it's unrealistic that Rossi wants to join me but my scout thinks he would be interested are your assistant and your scout the same person? no, they're going to have different opinions obviously. maybe one has better scout stats than the other. pandemonium
I've found that the AssMan filters out the players that are "might be interested", or "not interested at the moment", so it's always useful but time consuming to look out for some superstars that could be willing to join for lots of money
Stormz
They should make it so it filters out only those who would not currently join for any money. It may be less realistic, but it is worth it for time, fun etc which is what a game is about.
