niktheblade1
All, Quick question, I haven't come accross any timewasting yet so far in the demo, has anyone else? if so, do players get booked for it in FM09. This was a major bug bear of mine from FM08, when my striker had to run 25 yds to pass the ball to the keeper who was stood 1 yd away from it? At the time, someone on here mentioned that it might feature in FM09? Thanks Nik

Joor
No the AI still timewaste on all setpieces(throw-ins,corner, freekicks and goal kicks.) - using up to 30-40 sec each time without getting any cards. Its annoying and clearly a bug.
Tyler
I hate it when your trying to tie the match, the ball goals out of play for a goal kick to the other team and someone throws the ball over the keeper and he just stands there for a while before slowly walking over to collect the ball and slowly walk back to take the kick, it can waste up to a minute or more
Ollyh
One of these bugs that surely it wouldn't be too hard to fix, plenty of times I've seen over a minute wasted just for getting the ball, very annoying that its just all AI in general doing this, so it could be the 90th minute and I need to score and my team doesn't really get a move on at all when it's out of play. GillsMan
This is known and under review. Hoorah! I noticed it took around 40 seconds for my keeper to take a free kick yesterday when we were chasing the game. Glad it's under review.
