Match Engine - Post Patch

For those who have the patched version of the game via Steam, are there noticeable improvements in the Match Engine?

i.e. Higher 1-on-1 conversation from strikers, fewer long shots spammed from every angle, better closing down.

I only ask as my purchase of the game is dependent on it. Really enjoyed the FM 10 engine but thought the demo one was horrendous.

The other thread seems centered on niggly bugs and data inaccuracies that I'm not really fussed about.

So, any real improvement in the M.E?

Yeah there's a big changelist in the patch thread, there have been quite a few changes in the M.E..

Yes it is a further improvement on an already pretty good match engine.
