How to stop those 'at work' twitches?

Does anyone else start getting twitchy at work when they start thinking about their FM game back home?

I had to leave my game at 1.30am this morning, else i wouldn't have gone to bed, and now i'm sat at my desk and just want to get home to strengthen my squad for my first stint in the Premiership after being promoted. All i can think about is tactics, players and who i should let go or keep from my title winning squad etc

How can i cure these anxious feelings? :eek:

I fidn myself thinking about the game when I am not up to much, but at work I often dont have time to collect my thoughts.

I find that if I am at the gym or am going to bed, I often drift off to think about what formation I should play and who my first 11 is - hooked!
