FM10.3 red card issue?

This may be just a coincidence, but I wanted to know other people's experiences

This is my 7th season, and I saw red cards (both for my team and AI teams) on 2 occasions:

1. Second yellow card
   
2. Professional foul. i.e. if a striker can pass the last defender, there is a high possibility that he will score, so defender takes him down, most of the time not a harsh foul at all.
   

I didn't see -not even once- a direct red in a game because of a dangerous/harsh foul. Even players got severe injuries like broken bones etc. other player always shown a yellow card at most.

yea i must admit i have seen the last defender take down a striker who would otherwise be through on goal get little more for a yellow card for what i would deam to be a cynical foul, however i shouldnt complan as it has been my saviour on many occassion lol

I'm astonished that you haven't seen one in seven seasons. It doesn't happen all the time but I wouldn't consider a straight red for the opposition to be unusual.

(I don't GET many but that's the way I play.)

More 2nd yellows than straight reds but I think thats realistic.

I agree. I've had a few

I haven't seen too many straight reds in my game, but I put it down to 2 things:

1) My players don't make these sort of tackles because of my tactics

2) The opposition doesn't foul my players too often because my players are so awesome the opposition can't get close enough to break their bones!

In my game 90-95% of the red cards (are straight reds btw) are due to ridiculous two-footed tackles. :c

Professional fouls don't seem to exist in my version. The opposition prefers to let my players through and pray that the keeper saves it.
