Saevel
If I stop the game when a player gets injured, I have to watch the medic staff run onto the pitch, and then back off.. takes a good while. Quite annoying when not watching the whole game, and I just want to see the highlights. Has this been adressed in FM10? Also, I would like an auto-pause function when a player gets a minor injury.. Wee Aja
Also, I would like an auto-pause function when a player gets a minor injury.. One of the most irritating aspects of FM is this daft "Green Cross Code" bingo we are somehow forced to play. A player picks up a minor injury and despite the fact we occasionally have 'world class' medical staff, we are left to guess if it is so serious we should take the player off. Rather than the man we pay handsomely telling us: "yeah he has a slight strain, perhaps replace him at half time [or] take him off right away, it's a deep gash and needs treatment [or] just a bump, he can run it off..." ...we must in fact be our own physios, because the staff are useless. Why???

Why??? Excellent point. Another point on injuries, when someone has something that asks you whether to send the player to the specialist for 6 weeks or use your physio for 10 weeks, it's a no brainer. There should be more to this, like the expense of the specialist or something.
Wee Aja
I wonder if managers have that option in real life (send to specialist/leave to physio)? Surely the club doctor would assess the player and make a decision based on his professional opinion, rather than a manager (with no medical training whatsoever) deciding the player's treatment. Another  moment in FM.

DivineOne
If you have found a physio who can diagnose from the bench the players in the field with a minor injury can I have him as well? Players with knocks are players that stayed down and got took off the field, only to return. If a player gets a knock you should at least get some advice from your physios, imho. Wee Aja
If you have found a physio who can diagnose from the bench the players in the field with a minor injury can I have him as well? That's hardly an acceptable reason for not being told what kind of injury your player has. My point is very valid - a team's physio(s) come onto the pitch and evaluate the player, then signal to the bench whether he can continue or if he has to come off. It's at this point the manager will be informed exactly what has happened. No player IRL hobbles about the pitch with a green cross 'beacon' above his head leaving the manager to hazard a guess ffs! postal postie
One of the most annoying things I see is watching the oppo spend ages retrieving the ball for a free kick, on comes the physio to treat the injured player. The physio and the injured player then take the long route to the byline and JUST as they are about to take the free kick.... The highlights end
