Prediction = 11 current standing is 5 9-9-5 as result with +11 goaldifference. seeing it is just the standard team, so no signings and only the away tactic, without O.I or whatsoever still resulting in 5th place (after 23 matches) convinced me this tactic should work out pretty well. the team I tested with is MVV maastricht in the dutch jupiler league. Jedi5diah Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 hi andysafc, great work there! really appreciate your postings. thx man! anyway just like to ask you a few questions. what are your comments for facing the super keeper and the one shot one goal from your opp? secondly i've lost many matches for CL and cup ties on away goal. they just have the enough gas to force an away goal. do you believe that certian games you are meant to lose no matter how to play? lastly does big match players always scores against you? for me they will score most of the time. thanks again. I think Sunny is right - to a certain extent - SI have been working to try and eliminate the one tactic approach and it is having effect. I can't see FM09 being any different. Although i do understand that it is more realistic to approach each game differently i play FM because A) I am not a manager B) This is a game C) I want to live out my fantasies I'm not getting into an argument about this because i will lose! Yes it is more realistic to take a different approach but i don't want to. I want to set up one tactic and then leave it to team selection to make the difference.
