AI Head coaches from Russian National team would never call him to the team, but in real-life his number one of russian team. 2) Change position to Kuchaev, this season he plays in more attacking position. 3) Downgrade Komlichenko, this year he plays very bad. 4) Upgrade Lesovoy, may be his shooting should be better.
