We are talking about the guy who literally put up hills for training and did not stop until someone threw up.

One thing to consider about Magath is that he is a manager of the old school. He has a specific idea how to play and what to focus upon and who won't or can't follow him is quickly replaced. For the specific implementation he had a close team of assistants, most prominently Leuthard for fitness and Eichkorn for tactics. 

But FM does not simulate coaching teams or great delegators. So it is only natural Quälix gets some of the stats his team would bring to the table, otherwise the game's Magath would behave completely different to the real Magath.

It feels like this could be better represented by a new tendency or two e.g. "Sets very high training workload" and "Emphasises fitness training". He did lots of fitness training and worked his players like dogs, that's very different to be a world-class, highly effective fitness coach.

Felix Magath - there is need for an Option that goes above and beyond "Large Senior Squad" - he buys with the shotgun method many Players and some stick but many do not so he grows superlarge Squads in the pursuit of good Players.

And he is obsessed beyond any human limit with Fitness!

I firmly believe he has by this time fallen way out of touch with modern Football...
