I usually take it and am intrigued by this: - "I don't care if he performs as long as someone else does." - What is the point of saying that?! How rude... - if I decline the interview... Snorks Posted November 6, 2018 Share Posted November 6, 2018 I don;t think it has much effect other than a morale boost for the player you signed and some dynamics effects.
