Sopel
A quick suggestion as to the way players develop. Lately, I've been noticing how in real life player's reach their peak at the age ~27 and maintain it until 30-31 But the history showed us that this trajectory isn't always true. Football Manager should give players - or only newgens - a character of their development. There are "late bloomers" like Didier Drogba, which best years of his career were in the age of 29-31, and he is still playing. Players like these would develop a bit slower ( but still f.e. being decent when they have high potential) and usually shoot up after the "average" peak age. As because of this, they should be possible to continue their careers for a bit longer than others (Drogba is 39 years old now and still plays!) Also, there are players who hit their peak at a rather young age, making them look very promising and sought after, but later don't achieve much and their development is halted (f.e. Souleymane Coulibaly, Rodney Strasser, Alexander Merkel)
