If you purchased it from steam then you can request a refund by clicking your user name in the top right -> Account Details -> View Purchase History and then select your FM18 purchase and an option to request a refunds should be there. Note that steam will generally only refund a game if you have played it for less than two hours and it was purchased/released in the last 14 days.
