brencfc Posted January 12, 2017 Share Posted January 12, 2017 I'm in my 4th season with middlesbrough and the coaches I am allowed has always been the same. I have tried requesting to increase it but no matter what I say, they will always reject my request. Because of this, I can't sign any new coaches and reduce the workload of my staff. 5/9 of the training workloads are heavy & very heavy. If the club finance/how well the club is doing has to do with this, I have won the EFL Cup, FA Cup & Europa League. The club is now one of the richest in the Premier League. nextqprmanager Posted January 12, 2017 Share Posted January 12, 2017 I found this frustrating & posted a while back, I even got rid of the DofF to make way ; my Coach says we need a Fitness Coach & U23`s Physio - when I sign these - they are rejected by the board !!!! stevio11 Posted January 12, 2017 Share Posted January 12, 2017 I had this problem when I first joined as I tried to sign an assistant manager for the U18'S which had a vacany and was told no chance as you promised to keep all staff, for gods sake I was, I was just filling an empty postion.
