TAF Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 There is an option in the interaction menu of asking your captain to speak to a teammate who is unhappy. Has anyone actually seen any positive results from this? I've used it a number of times, both in FM2015 and FM 2014, but have never ever noticed any improvement or impact from this action. I would like to see at least a news pop-up, or something to that effect, from the captain, telling me about the results of the talk, instead of it just apparently fizzling out to nothing. I've never seen it work either but in the times I've asked my captain to do this I already knew he would probably not have an impact on the situation.
