Terwynder
Alright, I'm playing Spurs and looking for a leftback. Rose is okay, but not really good enough compared to the other lads. Shaw and Davies are too low in current ability, Alaba and Alex Sandro don't want to join (I loved Sandro last time around but his price has gone way up). Thought I had something with the (former) wonderkid Ricardo Rodriguez, but he doesn't seem to have the potential. Santon is just about right, but I dislike playing a right-footer on the leftback. So who am I overlooking?

Terwynder
That thread doesn't really help does it? There's one post in there and it's of a 33 year old. And I specified in my OP that Luke Shaw just wasn't quite good enough right away. He's not actually that much better than Rose. If I'm going to spend the 17m that Southampton want for him, I want him to be at least better than the guy I'm replacing.
podunkboy
Well, 30 years ago I could have helped you, I had a wicked left cross. But of course, FM wasn't around then, either.
