How To Stop Player Ageing?

I like to start as a league 2 team and work my way up to being Man Utd's manager, but by the time i get that time all the current players are close to retirement.

Is there a way I can stop players ageing?

Nope, 'fraid not. The only work around I can think of would be to make the United squad all several years younger than they actually are by altering their birth year, so that they'll be younger when you (hopefully!) take over several years later. Such is the perils/fun of LLM.

try using a real time editor every yearfr examle if he is 20, just edit iit every year with the editor by one year then he wil remain 20 .......... i mean edit his date of birth obviously

I don't mean to make fun of you, but your question itself is funny to me and I didn't really get what you exactly meant.

But you've got two good answers already. Real time editor is the way to change your players' age, if that's what you meant.

If you want something more realistic, maybe you can tweak your training schedule to slow down the decrease of your players' physical attributes, it's a hit and miss 'though.
