Ty
Now I was just wondering.. Is it as simple as having 20 at Physiotherapy to be a good Physio? I am presuming it don't. I have a strong feeling Determination has a big factor in it as well? Can anyone confirm the attributes I want for a good Physio.. Thanks

SCIAG
There is no way of telling how good a physio is, really, is there? He doesn't generate stars and workloads, score goals or otherwise have a trail of statistics following him, or bring feedback which you can compare to your own observations. Anything anybody says is therefore pure speculation.

Koki
Many physios in the game have a decent rating for motivating, so I figure this has some effect.
