    Agree. I’m not a fan of his, but this World Cup, by large his decisions been fine, stuck with 4-3-3, and today just the wrong side of a 50/50 game. Feel that a 4th cycle is one too many, and this team needs a fresh approach now with likely with a few of the senior guys on the fringes over the next 18 months.

    Proper weak ending. Think that’s the end of Southgate road. We played well, but think that’s psychologically done as a cycle.

    Rashford is something different in terms of knock and run with the ball. Kounde is smoking cigars so far and had nothing to worry about as Foden wants it to feet mostly and ball not getting to him. So he needs to move central to get the ball. Basically let him do the same role Grizemann is doing for France.

    I’d say keep it same first 10, then change it up with Rashford on for Bellingham, move Foden central and Rashford outwide.

    Need to get Foden in middle more 2nd half. Had a little moment there when he was picking ball up, instead of being made to hug the touchline where Kounde is man marking him.

    Hope Morroco get first goal, at least then we’ve got a game on. Portugal go ahead, expect them to win by 2+. As they’ll exploit the gaps afterwards. Go behind, then struggle to break down I can see them getting frustrated.
